What to include
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The site name and the status you saw, if it is about a result.
- Your browser and device, if something looked broken.
Report a wrong result
Every result has a Report wrong result flag button (). It opens a short form that already knows the site and the status, so you only need to say what is wrong, for example "Found, but the profile does not exist". Reports help us fix the detection rules.
Privacy
We don't need the username you searched to help you. The report form only sends it if you tick "Include the username", which is off by default. The form stores your message, the page and your email (if you give one) so we can answer, without your IP address. We use your email only to reply. See the privacy policy.
What we can and cannot help with
We can help with how the search works, a result that looks wrong, a site you would like us to add, the FreeUsername app, and requests about your own data. We cannot tell you who owns an account, recover a password for another site, or remove a profile that lives on someone else’s platform. For those, contact the platform itself through its help center.
Suggest a site
If a site you use is missing from the search, email us its name and a link to one public profile. We add sites only when we can check them reliably and their rules allow it, and every new site is tested before it goes live.
Security
To report a security issue, email the same address. Our security.txt lists the contact details.
